There are many guitar lessons available online, and often these focus on personal interpretations of songs. To be honest, many of these renditions can differ quite a bit from the original track. While creative reinterpretations are valuable and showcase artistry, Grove Guitar's goal is to provide you with accurate, faithful renditions of the original recordings.

What you choose to add or modify after learning the song is entirely up to you—our focus is on helping you learn the authentic version first.

Most guitarists I speak with prefer to learn the original version before making it their own. While we could offer tips on how to play songs in various styles, our primary aim is to help you master the authentic sound so you can build a strong foundation from which to grow.
